Enjoy the music of Jazz guitarist Paul Caraher while also taking in the sights, culture, and history of the Ship Shape II exhibition. Paul will be performing during the opening reception as part of our free live music series, Gallery X Unplugged. The opening reception and music performance are free and open to the public, light refreshments will be available.
Ship Shape II is an exhibition of artwork inspired by and in some cases, made from bits and pieces of the historic Schooner Ernestina-Morrissey. The artwork explores the vessel's long and varied history and the impact it has had on everything from Gallery X and New Bedford to Cape Verde and the Arctic.
Ship Shape II opening reception: Saturday, May 17 from 5–8pm
Paul Caraher will perform from 6–8pm
