Join instructor Christine Maiato FitzGerald for beginner Vinyasa Yoga at Gallery X!
Please dress comfy. And bring your mat, bath towel and water. (I do have one extra mat, so please let me know if you need it, and I will reserve it for you)
Kindly arrive around 8:45 to get your spot. Please be on time as a courtesy to others as practice begins at 9:00🧘🏻‍♀️.
You may enter by the street level door to the Frederick Douglass Gallery (front right door).
