Lorna Hoover received
her degree in Fine Arts from Tufts University / School of the Museum
of Fine Arts. The school awarded her the Boit prize for excellence
in painting.
Her works have been in numerous exhibitions, from LaGalleria in
Torremolinos in Spain to the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.
Lately, portrait painting has become her main interest, and she
is hoping to paint all of New Bedford's many interesting faces.
